The THT- process
Based on the print design our specialists of the planning department make a detailed sketch of the component layout on the PCB. This detailed sketch includes corresponding colours, numbers and letters enabling our employees of the THT department to assembly the PCB's manually and with the best possible care. These PCB’s are visually checked continuously during frequent hand touch.

This is accomplished with the innovative tunnel concept, individually in speed controllable conveyor segments, the reproducible flux application, the modular preheat configuration and the up-to-date soldering area which leaves nothing to be desired.
