Exchange capacity

Cimar Electronics is no secondment agency and has no sales force. We, however, consider exchange capacity as added value in the close cooperation with our partners and clients. This “fraternal loan” can be used to deploy and educate employees of Cimar Electronics with a client, allowing him or her to get to know a product and/or working method of the client. Should this client ever face a capacity problem, (part of) the production can easily be transferred to Cimar Electronics. Our employees will know product and working method and can ensure there will be no difference between internally and externally produced products.

By keeping a stock of (specific) parts and allocating physical space, clients will have extra production capacity in case of unexpected situations. For example, if a customer provides all products logistically, a grab-stock might be stored for the customer, while Cimar only supplies labour. Of course we can also take care of both material and labour.

Cimar Electronics regularly supports various clients in solving (temporary) capacity problems. For example, by temporarily seconding our professionals or by (temporarily) taking over the entire product or product line.
