As expert in the field of electronics assembly Cimar Electronics has also specialized in electrotechnology such as building-in PCB’s in control units and cabling switch boxes. Generally, PCB’s require a very specific cabling. We have the expertise to produce the right cabling and assemble it to reliable final products such as switch boxes and control units or rack systems. As we produce and assemble many parts ourselves (prints, cables, switchgears) the processes link up with each other perfectly. Result: the electrotechnical department can deliver a complete final product in a relatively short period of time.

Panel construction

The specialists of Cimar Electronics can assemble a wide range of parts on panels, for the automation industry, for example inverters, PLC’s, relay, motor controls and security devices. Together with wiring and cabling this is the machine’s control system. The assembled panel can easily be placed in a control unit.

Complete control units

We assemble complete control units for for example the Argo- and packaging industry. The intervention of human activities is often completely replaced by automated systems which results into higher volumes, a higher degree of accuracy and cost savings.

We deliver according to the plug- and- play principle, meaning tested and, if desired, inclusive of external cables. In order to test these control units we develop a test set-up inclusive of, if possible, “live” components (motors, sensors etc.) or we use a simulation program (LABVIEW).

Field of application

We assemble products for various fields of applications such as the bio-industry, medical industry, medical sector, fire detection, automation industry and entertainment industry. These advanced products can be used for installations such as fully automatic cow stables and incubators, flame detectors, packing machines, laser games and physiotherapy-equipment.
